"I have been a customer of State Farm for a long time. I had many agents but I decided to go to my dad’s agent Elvis Gates and i could not be more happy. I have had to make a claim when we got extremely low temperatures and my well exploited and i had no trouble and very fast response from State Farm by having it replaced. I thought my agents office was the best insurance company anywhere around. But Stacy Graybeal Hathcox, an employee at Elvis Gates office is a rock star and went way out of her way to help me personally on a couple healthcare claims. She also takes care of my daughter’s life insurance policies. I can not say enough great things about Stacy and Elvis Gates insurance company. I will always be with State Farm because they give me a piece of mind when I need help. I will always be grateful for having help from Stacy and Elvis Gates."

"They are the best at staying on top of my billing and making sure I make my payments on time and nothing slips because I get busy and forget!
