Absolutely phenomenal insurance agent!

This Saturday, we purchased a new truck, and with one phone call to Stacy Graybel, everything was taken care of in a matter of minutes. She came into her office on a Saturday of Labor Day weekend to cancel the policy on our old truck, put a new policy on our new truck, and provide all the paperwork we needed to drive off the lot fully insured—period!

That kind of service is exceptional.

Every time we call Stacy, she either answers on the first ring or returns our call immediately. Once we’ve spoken with her, I never have to worry about whether something was updated, changed, modified, or whether the paperwork we need will be sent back to us. She handles it.

Stacy is a phenomenal agent and a true professional. She represents State Farm at the highest level and goes above and beyond for her customers.
